How to enrol your child
1. Visit or call us
Come to the school or call our administration to arrange a visit. We'll show you around and answer any questions about your child's learning.
2. Submit documents
Complete a short admission form and provide the required documents so we can register your child and place them correctly.
3. Placement & start
We confirm the appropriate class, agree a start date and welcome your child into the HEWIS family.
Required documents
Birth certificate
A copy of the child's birth certificate or proof of age.
Previous school records
Reports or transfer documents from any previous school, where applicable.
Passport photographs
Recent passport-sized photographs of the child.
Parent/guardian contact
A phone number and address for the parent or guardian.
Term dates and fees
The school year runs across three terms. Specific term dates are confirmed each year and shared with families ahead of time.
We charge as little as GHS 5 a day so that quality education stays within reach of rural families. Fee details for each level are available from the administration on request.
